Privacy Policy

The short version

There is no account and we never ask for your name or email. Your label PDF and everything read out of it are deleted the moment you download the cropped file. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared.

What we store, and for how long

Your uploaded PDF

Held in private storage only while you are working on it. Deleted when you download the cropped file, or automatically after 1 hour if you never come back.

Order details read from the PDF

Order IDs, SKUs, sizes, colours and buyer names are extracted so the labels can be sorted. These rows are deleted together with the PDF, on the same schedule.

An anonymous session

A cookie holding a random identifier, so that your upload stays separate from other visitors'. It is not linked to your name, your email or any marketplace account, and it is not used to track you across other sites. Sessions that stop being used are deleted.

Anonymous batch counts

After a batch is deleted we keep per-variant totals — how many of each SKU, colour and size — so your dashboard still shows the run you just did. These hold no order IDs and no buyer names.

Who processes it

The database, file storage and anonymous sessions are hosted on Supabase, and the application runs on Railway. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Buyer data is yours, not ours

Shipping labels contain your buyers' names and addresses. You remain responsible for that data; we act only as a processor, hold it for as long as it takes to crop your file, and then delete it.

Deleting your data

Clear All inside the tool removes your current upload and its label data immediately. Clearing this site's cookies discards the session itself, after which anything still attached to it is deleted automatically.
